1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days (1–3 days processing + 6–11 days transit). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our tracking page to follow your delivery. Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox. Tracking may take a few days to activate.
3. My package has not arrived after 14 business days. What now?
We’re sorry for the delay. First, please check your tracking link for the latest updates. In some cases, parcels may experience short delays due to customs or local carrier processing.
Most orders arrive within a few additional business days. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and our support team will assist you.
4. Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes might not be possible anymore.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on eligible items.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees refunds or replacements for faulty or misrepresented products.
